Aishwarya Rai: Red Carpet BeautyAishwarya Rai walked down the red carpet with grace while wearing a strapless white Roberto Cavalli train gown at the opening of the 62nd International Cannes Film Festival on Wednesday (May 13).
The L’Oreal brand ambassador appeared with husband, Abhishek Bachchan, who looked handsome while he matched his wife in white. 
The red carpet is unfurled and the crowds are gathering on the French Riviera for the start of the world's most prestigious event, the 62nd Cannes Film Festival. Some stars arrived for the release of Disney Pixar's upcoming 3-D adventure 'Up' being shown in the animation category of the Cannes Film Festival.
Also joining her walk down the red carpet was Elizabeth Banks, the new L’Oreal world spokesperson.
The 35-year-old Aishwarya looked breathtaking with a ruffled gown that had ruched bodice and accented with Swarovski crystals, that caught all eyes.
